UNITEK International Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as us) only accepts exchange/return of products purchased on this website www.unitek-hk.com. For UNITEK products purchased from other online stores or stores outside this website, please contact the distributor directly. We do not handle returns or exchanges on orders outside of www.unitek-hk.com.
Before placing the order, customers are responsible to check all product information (including product model, specification, function and price) and shipping information to be correct. UNITEK International Group Limited shall not be liable for wrong order placed and thus no refunds/ returns could be made in such circumstances.
When the customer receives the product(s), please check the product(s) immediately. In case of any defective or faulty product(s), refunds/ returns may be arranged provided that the customer contacts UNITEK via email (support@unitek-hk.com) within seven (7) days upon receipt of product(s).
For approved returns/ exchanges, please bring the product together with the receipts back to our Kowloon Bay office address: Room 02, 16/F, Phase 3, Enterprise Plaza, 39 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, otherwise we will not be able to handle the exchange procedure for you. We will arrange tests on products on-site. If we found the product is defective, we will replace it with a new product of the same model for the customer on the spot.
In case of disputes, UNTIEK International Group Limited reserves the right of final decision.
